Since the establishment of our department, we consistently believe that the recruitment and enrichment of faculty are vital to an academic institution. We currently have a strong faculty lineup. We continue to strengthen the recruitment of full-time faculty and engage distinguished scholars from domestic or international institutions to deliver special lectures. Our aspiration is for our department to become a cornerstone of academic development.

To provide an ideal environment for faculty and students, our department maximizes the use of existing equipment and actively seeks funding to acquire various statistical software, databases, reference materials, government statistical publications, and related book collections.
- Develop a comprehensive curriculum that places equal emphasis on theory and application.
In alignment with domestic and international economic trends, we offer both theoretical and applied courses in Economics and related fields. This approach ensures that our curriculum remains relevant and scholarly, integrating theory with practice to meet the pressing needs of societal development.

To balance theory and practice, our full-time faculty members undertake research projects commissioned by external organizations. Additionally, we appoint undergraduate and graduate students as research assistants, further integrating teaching and research. Furthermore, we plan to invite scholars from overseas to visit the department, facilitating extensive exchanges of ideas and experiences to enhance our research performance.
