The Department's administrative management is structured into two tiers. The first tier comprises the General Department Meetings, the Departmental Faculty Evaluation Committee, and the Departmental Evaluation Committee. Under the General Department Meetings lie the second-tier committees, including the Recruiting Committee, the Curriculum Committee, the Academic Committee, the Editorial Committee of Taipei Economic Inquiry, the Committee of Fundings and Properties, the Student Affairs Committee, the Graduate Student Affairs Committee, the Alumni Affairs Committee, and the Welfare Committee.
